Voi ajaa Haaparannan kautta tai lautalla Vaasa-Uumaja. Oma kiinnostukseni heräsi, kun Övik Bug fans osallistuivat elokuussa 2022 Rovaniemellä Kesäkauden Päättäjäisiin - ajomatka yhteen suuntaan on kunnioitettavat 619 km. Tapahtuma järjestetään 34. kertaa, mikä tekee tapahtumasta yhden Euroopan vanhimmista volkkaritapahtumista. Tapahtuma ei ole jättitapahtuma, mutta järjestäjät ovat mukavia, mikä todettiin Rovaniemellä. Pohojosen jaoston piirissä on perustettu WhatsApp ryhmä 'Bug Convention#34`. Jos on reissuun lähdössä, niin ilmoittaa yksityisviestillä, niin lisätään ryhmään. Ruotsin Korkearannikko on lähellä, ja siihen kannattaa tutustua, jos aikaa on. https://www.hogakusten.com Reissusta voi rakentaa kiertoajelun, jos ajaa Haaparannan kautta ja tapahtuman jälkeen lautalla Uumajasta Vaasaan. Mökkejä on rajoitetusti. **************** Bug Convention #34 (This information will be updated) Friday, June 30, Bug Convention #34 starts with a gathering in Örnsköldsvik (location not yet chosen) at 14.00 to move a few miles inland in a long caravan to a nice campsite on Kerstins udde in Trehörningssjö. For more information about the campsite, take a look at their website https://trehorningsjocamping.se/ In 2022, we were about 40 vehicles in the caravan from Örnsköldsvik to Trehörningssjö, incredibly successful! Can we beat this number this year? Once you arrive at Kerstins udde, you make yourself at home while we at Övik Bug Fans prepare a lovely dinner for you, which we invite all visitors to for free! You won't walk around hungry on Friday night, we promise! After dinner on Friday night we'll play a favorite game. Quiz with Kahoot for those who are competitive! :) During friday night it will also be a very nice lottery. The price for one lotteryticket is 20 SEK, so be sure that you have even money for this. (there is no cash-machine in Trehörningssjö). There maybe a chance that we got PayPal to, more info about that later. The program for Saturday comes closer to spring. But those of you who usually visit us know roughly what a Saturday at Bug Convention means.. those of you who have never visited us will be pleasantly surprised! After the meeting is over and you need something in your stomach before the party on Saturday night, there is an opportunity to buy a fantastic lasagna in the restaurant. In the Saturday night we invite you to an AWESOME party with our favorite troubadours Daniel and Marcus! During the Saturday evening, there will also be an award ceremony, so be sure to stay in the evening so you can receive the award. During the troubadour evening, you bring your own drinks. The sauna and hot-tub will be warm both Friday and Saturday from 19.00 Sleeping in the car or in a tent (next to your car) at the meeting area: If you want to sleep in your car or in a tent next to your car at the VW camp inside the meeting area and want access to electricity and a service house, the campsite will charge a small fee. (not determined yet, price to come.) The fee will apply per car. Stay in a cabin (BOOKING OPENS FEBRUARY 1): As we have limited cabins, long-distance guests with aircooled vehicle are given priority. There are several self-catering cabins in two different sizes and some simpler overnight cabins to rent for this weekend. All bookings are made ONLY via Jocke (Övik Bug Fans). An email to which you send your reservation request for a cabin or electric site for the VW camping will be published on February 1 here on the page. Information about the self-catering cottages: The 55 m2 cottages have three separate bedrooms, a common living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Price Friday-Sunday: SEK 1900 The 35 m2 cottages have a separate bedroom, common living room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Price Friday-Sunday: SEK 1400 All cabins have Wi-Fi and TV sets, but no channels. Information about the overnight cabins: They are located next to the campsite's service building where you have access to a toilet, shower and washing facilities. In each overnight cabin there is a fridge, coffee and kettle and crockery. Price Friday-Sunday: SEK 850 Checking out is 14.00 on sunday. A simpler breakfast buffet will be available for purchase at the reception both Saturday and Sunday mornings between 08.00-10.00 at a cost of 85 SEK/person. Kun on viestitelty ruotsalaisten kanssa, he eivät ole hiiskuneetkaan, että heillä on ollut kävijöitä Suomesta. Oli kyllä hyvä boogie koko viikonlopun, tosi virkistävä lisä ns."tapahtumakalenteriin". Pe-aamuna liipastiin vaasasta uumajaan, uumajasta viikonlopun eväät messiin ja menoks. Pe-iltana sitten pöydät notkuivatkin kun järjestäjät tarjosivat ruuat, ja hyvää oli. Lauantainakin tuli safkaa naaman eteen. Taas vois lähteä jos on romut kasassa.😃🤙🏻 Quote Link to comment

Sähköpaikan, joka siis pitää varata etukäteen sähköpostista joakim@ewisab.com, hinta pe-su on 300 SEK. Samasta osoitteesta varataan mökitkin. Järjestäjillä on käytössään PayPal, siten että sillä ja pankkikortilla pitäisi selvitä, ilman ruotsalaista käteistä. Leiripaikkaa ilman sähköä ei tarvitse varata etukäteen. Quote Link to comment
